Activities

There is a lot to do at the ranch to make your time here special, from swimming in our four-acre pond, to dancing in our rustic barn for an evening of celebration and festivity. We want to cater to your group’s needs and create memories that last beyond the scope of your visit.

Guests enjoying Turtle Pond

Turtle Pond is the perfect place to unwind and spend an afternoon. Bring fishing poles if you would like to practice your catch-and-release skills. Please bring a swimsuit if you would like to schedule a swim for your event. We have certified lifeguards so groups can relax and stay safe, while keeping an eye out for migratory birds and the occasional river otter!

Our staff are well-versed in guiding people of all ages and abilities in team building activities. We can cater any team building session to your group’s needs.  Our low-ropes course offers a great destination as well.

Camp Fire at Night

Our main amphitheater is a lively place at night that can sit close to 300 people. For smaller venues, we have an amphitheater that can sit around 40 people. Both spaces have a fire pit and ample stage space for songs, stories and community gatherings.

Our barn is the ideal venue for celebrating a special event with music and dancing. This rustic yet elegant space transforms with lights and we can provide audio-visual support as well. The barn fits about 180 people inside, with outdoor gathering areas too. Come celebrate any festivity with us!

Naturalists on Walker Peak

We have over 20 miles of hiking trails that traverse our bay woodlands and chaparral ecosystems. If you would like a guided hike, our team of Naturalists would love to share this space with you. They are also a great resource of the local flora and fauna.

A small plant growing in a greenhouse

Our organic garden offers a peaceful gathering place and outdoor classroom. Our composting system helps consolidate any uneaten food from the dining hall and return the nutrients to the soil. Rows of crops are prepped and planted throughout the year, and we harvest delicious apples each fall. This half-acre gem also features native plants that attract birds, butterflies, and other pollinators. We also welcome volunteers to work alongside our garden team, whether preparing beds or collecting seeds. Please let us know what you would like and we will make it happen!
